Hotel is set in the central district of Sochi, on the sea coast, not far from the park “Riviera” with 200 exotic species of rare trees.

General information.

It is the only exclusive boutique hotel on the Black Sea coast of Stein Group company.
The architectural reconstruction of the hotel was made by the famous Italian architecture Mateo Tun. The living quarters were reconstructed by Suzanne Loggie and Patrick Brugman - the court decorators of the Queen of Netherlands Beatrix. The hotel gets to the category of “Boutique Hotels” built by author's project. There are about 20 hotels of this level in the world.
The history of Grand Hotel & Spa Rodina (earlier called Rossiya) dates back to the 1950’s when the sanatorium welcomed political leaders, ministers and aristocracy. The well organized land scape space is in harmony with beautiful architecture in modern and classical styles.

40 rooms in the hotel. 34 suites and 6 luxury de-luxe apartments. There is a magnificent solarium on the roof of the hotel. All rooms are divided in two zones. Each suite has a balcony with rattan furniture, cloakroom, plasma TV, DVD, a disc center, air conditioning, a telephone, wireless internet, a mini bar, a safe box. All bathrooms with a hairdryer, a weighing-machine, a selection of toiletries, slippers and a bathrobe.

All rooms are designed in different styles. DeLuxe-apartment consists of a great living-room with a fireplace, a study, a terrace, a bedroom with king-size twin-bed and a bathroom with a bath, a shower, a bidet.

There are restaurants “Black Magnolia”; “Moskva” (smorgasbord); bar “Lili”; cafй “Nebesa” (on the roof of the hotel for outdoor dinners or barbecue); bar “Cho-Co-Te”- the ideal place for disco, parties and banquets, which are run by the best disk jockeys; complex “Black Sea Beach Club” (set in the beach).

Infrastructure.

A well fitted beach with bathing areas with all necessary equipment, you can get to the beach by a lift or electric cars. Multi purpose sports complex with lots of entertainments – scooters, water ski, water cycles, a slipway .The hotel offers its guests a conference hall (for 60 persons) for business meetings, negotiations and conferences and a meeting room (for 20 persons). 24 hours room service, no smoking rooms, a cinema “Phlox”, an elevator to the beach, concierge services, a banquet room, a library, a fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis, billiard, a bank outlet. There is a SPA centre with the area of 4500 m in the picturesque park zone and exclusive individual SPA programs on the territory of the hotel.
