The rest house “Vaterloo” is set on a hill, in Lazarevskaya district of Sochi, in one of the most beautiful and ecologically clean zone of the town, 50 m from the sea, 20 km from the centre of Sochi and 50 km from the airport.

General information.

The rest house “Vaterloo” is set away from noisy roads, in the midst of a picturesque park of subtropical plants and beautiful flowers. Wonderful views over the green coastline and blue sea space. Opened in 2002 it follows the best traditions of hospitality in tourism and it has its own constant guests. It is an ideal place for families with kids. Guests of the rest house are attracted by comfortable rooms, various services, hospitable professional personnel and the alluring sea, stretching along the southern coastline.

There are 28 spacious comfortable rooms of different categories. All rooms, facing the sea, have an extra bed for children, TV, a refrigerator, a ventilator, a shower in the bathroom.
